Let me start by saying that BHLDN is dreamy, dreamy, dreamy.
Anthropologie has always had a special place in my heart, and when they launched BHLDN around the time that I was about to be a bride myself, there was major swoon-age.
I had a little bit of a different experience when it came to purchasing my own dress. At that time there wasn’t a BHLDN store anywhere near Atlanta. One day I looked online, and found THE ONE. Tears streaming, and even though the dress was on a 5’10” size 00 model, I knew I had found it. The dress was ordered, and I tried it on for the first time in front of family and close friends. It fit like a glove. I did not have to make a single alteration, which is crazy and unheard of.
Now, it’s my beautiful best, Katrina’s time to get married. Her wedding is going to be on May 14th, 2016 at Summerour Studios. I met her during the first day of college orientation and we hit it off. Every class was scheduled together, Harry Potter was watched on a daily basis and she even walked across our student-only apartment complex with me at 3:00 am every time I got an RA call from drunk college kids that were locked out of his/her room (which happens more than you think).
Katrina currently works at the same company I do, and does wedding planning with Susan Pando part time. She is a natural!!! She can handle a crisis like nobody’s business. Wedding planning is her passion, and she is amazing at it. Katrina recently started a blog where you can follow her wedding planning journey. She has expert knowledge since she’s a pro in the field.
A couple of weeks ago, Kristen Alexander came to photograph our bridesmaids’ dress shopping experience at BHLDN. She captured all the fun, gorgeousness and champagne flawlessly.
Cheers to you, Katrina and happy planning! 🙂
