Sunflower Fields Forever

I’ve been looking forward to going to the Anderson’s Sunflower Fields for about a year now. I have been constantly checking their flower updates on Facebook weekly since the beginning of July. Because they only bloom for a few weeks a year, there’s only a short window of opportunity to catch these beauties.

My fellow blogger and friend, Brittany and I loaded up our guys and headed to the farm. Although we faced intense heat and bee stings, we passed around the cameras and captured these lovely images.

Ahhh these photos are so beautiful! They were well worth the waiting. I read their FB wall (like, maybe the whole thing… maybe) And you weren’t kidding about the short window of opportunity. Definitely putting it on my GA bucket list, thanks for the info!
