Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Well, we got snow here in Atlanta. There are a few sparse snowflakes floating down, and collecting outside the window. Not exactly the epic amount of snowfall I was expecting, but enough to still feel rather magical.

Regardless of the frigid temperatures, I decided we would have smoothie bowls for breakfast. So crank up the heat and dive into this delicious, healthy treat.

Ingredients:

Smoothie-
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup coconut milk (I used Silk)
1/8 cup pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon Agave
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings (to scatter on top)-
cocoa nibs
kiwi
raspberries
granola
shredded coconut
honey

Directions:

Blend all smoothie ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a bowl, and top with ingredients to your heart’s content. Drizzle with honey and enjoy! The magical thing about this recipe is that you can mix it up constantly, and it’s very versatile.
