Barcelona Wine Bar has always been my favorite tapas restaurant in Atlanta. I’m so excited about their gorgeous new location on the west side of town.
There’s so much attention to detail in the space, that it’ll make your head spin. Stunning tile, wood grain, elements of rust in outdoor planters, a wine wall (hell yes) and the kind of light you dream about for days.
We started out our meal with a lovely charcuterie board of sliced sausage, shaved Jamon Iberico, aged cheeses and really good olive oil. Their charcuterie magic is all I ever want in life!
The cocktails at Barcelona Wine Bar are aromatic and complex. We enjoyed the refreshing Summer St. Sling and Whiskey Root. Perfect for unwinding on their sprawling patio on weekends as perfect as these.
We rounded dinner out with a black hamachi crudo with squid ink, carrot and crisped rice. In addition a melt in your mouth umami experience occurred with lard Iberico.
The staff’s amazing, the food is ridiculous good and the new location is going to be THE spot to be at.
